Why do I practice yoga?
"Initially yoga felt like a great form of exercise which helped to stretch and strengthen my aching back and shoulders.
It then became apparent that I was finding more and more peace in my otherwise-busy mind, which was extremely welcome!
Eventually, somewhere inbetween the movement of the body and stillness of the mind a little bit of magic would occur. It felt amazing.
It's the physical challenge, mental inquiry and bursts of magic that always bring me back to yoga".
